The IPA carries out its mission adhering to the following objectives:

To educate individual trustees and boards on matters that affect their institutional oversight responsibilities

To promote wider understanding of and appreciation for citizenbased leadership and lay governance as the only effective ways to ensure the quality and independence of American higher education

To advance the philosophy that all elected or appointed trustees serve in the public trust and should consider themselves trustees of higher education as a whole

To strengthen the relationship between trustees and chief executives in the fulfillment of their distinct yet complementary responsibilities

To stimulate cooperation with public-policy makers, government agencies, and private organizations that have a stake in the effective governance and quality of colleges and universities

To identify and study emerging public-policy issues of concern to higher education by providing forums for their discussion and by encouraging appropriate member initiative.

Question: Have the IPA classes been approved?

Answer: All IPA classes have been approved by International Department of Education. Our training course throughout the world is in accordance with the federal legislation and State laws.

Question: How is the quality of IPA pre-test teaching?

Answer: IPA has adopted the global uniform criteria—uniform teaching materials, uniform test paper and uniform standards of scoring. Also students will receive uniform certificates after they pass the tests.

In order to guarantee the authority of the trainings and the certificates, IPA has set up the Following Up system to follow the performance of the students as well as establishment assessment system to evaluate the performance of the teachers. We would like to feedback from all of our students.

Question: How about the qualification of the teachers?

Answer: All the teachers are appointed or sent by IPA. They are all senior experts or professors in related fields.

Question: What are the characteristics of the schedule of classes?

Answer: IPA has put much importance on the practicality while emphasizing the fundamental professional underlying knowledge.

Question: What teaching materials are used?

Answer: All the teaching materials are provided by IPA.

Question: When is the training schedule ?

Answer: The training center authorized by IPA will be responsible for arranging the time.

Question: Where is the place of training?

Answer: Students can receive training any training centers authorized by IPA throughout the world.

Question: When to take the tests?

Answer: The third weekend in March, June, September and December every year.

Question: How to apply for the tests?

Answer: You can apply for them at the appointed training centers, taking along three 1passport sized colored photos, ID card, educational certificate copies and related working reference.

Many factors persuade and reveal the quality of education. TheIPA reviews the effectiveness of an institution’s educational programs by evaluating the infrastructure that supports the delivery of programs as well as educational results, including student achievement.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for IPA accreditation, an institution must be legally established and licensed by the state or government. To demonstrate financial stability, the school must have been in continuous operation for a minimum of TWO year prior to application for accreditation and have graduated at least one class of students from its longest program.
The institute should submit aSelf EvaluationReport, The SER includes questions related to all phases of an institution’s operation.
